Clogged gutters back up and send water down the siding or into the fascia, which is where a lot of exterior damage starts. I clear the debris out by hand, then flush the downspouts to make sure water is actually running through and out, not just pooling in a blocked run.
This is offered free with every house wash since I'm already working the roofline, but it's also available on its own if your gutters just need clearing before the holidays or ahead of winter weather.
