Question 1

How does a repair appointment work?

Accepted Answer

You call or text to describe the problem, and an appointment is scheduled promptly. On the day, a thorough diagnostic is carried out on-site to find the actual cause of the issue, with everything explained clearly before any repair work begins.

Question 2

Do you give a clear price before starting work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every repair is diagnosed first so the actual problem is understood, and you're talked through the findings and options before any work goes ahead, so there are no surprises.

Question 3

Are you insured and experienced with hot tubs, swim spas and jetted tubs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the business is fully insured. Repairs cover hot tubs, swim spas and jetted tubs, including troubleshooting issues on newly purchased tubs and wiring or setup problems other installers have left unresolved.

Question 4

How quickly can you come out, and how long does a repair take?

Accepted Answer

Appointments are scheduled promptly, including around busy holiday periods, with clear communication throughout. Repair time depends on the issue, but the goal is always to diagnose it accurately and fix it correctly the first time.

Question 5

Do you offer ongoing maintenance, not just one-off repairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Spa Valet routine maintenance visits are available for regular cleaning and chemical care, and Pool and Spa School sessions are offered for owners who want to learn to manage their own water chemistry.

Question 6

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Hot tub, swim spa and jetted tub repair and maintenance is provided across the Chattanooga area, including East Ridge, Red Bank, Signal Mountain, Hixson, Soddy-Daisy, Collegedale, Ooltewah and Cleveland.
