FAQs
Common questions
How does your pool service process work?
I start with a look at your pool and equipment to understand what it needs, whether that's regular cleaning, a repair, or a seasonal opening or closing. From there I give you a clear plan and get to work, you'll always know what's being done and why.
Do you provide quotes before starting work?
Yes. I give you a straightforward, honest price before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Every pool is a little different, so pricing is based on your specific setup and needs.
Are you insured?
Yes, I'm fully insured for the work I carry out, so you can have peace of mind having me on your property and around your pool equipment.
How long does a cleaning or repair take?
A standard cleaning visit is usually quick and efficient, while repairs or openings/closings can take longer depending on the condition of your pool and equipment. I'll give you a realistic timeframe upfront.
Do you offer regular maintenance plans?
Yes, many of my customers are on a regular cleaning schedule to keep their pool consistently clear and well maintained throughout the season, rather than dealing with problems after they build up.
What areas do you serve?
