Pool Openings in Northern Virginia
Cover off, equipment started up and water balanced so the pool is ready to swim in, not just uncovered.
What's included
- Cover removed and cleaned off
- Equipment started and checked
- Water tested and rebalanced
- Debris and winter buildup cleared
- Filter checked before the season starts
Opening day is more than pulling the cover off. I clear off whatever's collected on top, start the equipment back up and check it's running properly, then clear out any debris that's settled over the winter.
From there it's testing and rebalancing the water, since it's rarely anywhere close to swim-ready after months closed up, and checking the filter so the season starts on the right foot.

Pool Closings in Northern Virginia
Water balanced, equipment protected and the pool covered properly so it comes through winter without damage.
What's included
- Water balanced for the off-season
- Equipment drained or protected
- Lines and pump winterized as needed
- Debris cleared before covering
- Cover fitted securely
Closing a pool properly means thinking about what it has to survive over the next few months. I balance the water, get the equipment protected against freezing, and clear the pool of debris before it goes under cover.
A rushed or incomplete closing usually shows up as a mess to deal with come spring. Taking the time to do it right in the fall means less work and fewer surprises at opening.

Pool Inspections in Northern Virginia
A full look at the water, equipment and structure to flag what needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem.
What's included
- Water chemistry tested
- Pump, filter and equipment checked
- Visible leaks and cracks noted
- Tile and surface condition reviewed
- Honest write-up of findings
An inspection is me going through the pool the same way I would before taking it on as a client: checking the water, running the equipment, and looking over the structure for anything that stands out.
You get a straight answer about what's fine, what needs watching and what needs fixing now, not a sales pitch for extra work you don't need.

How It Works
Three steps, no pressure
1
Call or message Cristian
Tell him what's going on with your pool. He'll ask enough questions to know whether he needs to come see it first.
2
He takes a look
Cristian checks the water and equipment in person and gives you a straight, honest picture of what it needs.
3
The work gets done
He does the cleaning, repair or service himself, then checks the water and equipment before he leaves.
