Question 1

How does it work when I get in touch?

Accepted Answer

Call me and I'll arrange a convenient time to come out. I start with a free survey — a proper look at what you've got and where it's coming from, before any work is agreed. No obligation and no pressure, just an honest assessment.

Question 2

Do you give fixed written quotes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once I've surveyed the problem I give you a clear written price before any work starts. There are no hidden charges and no surprises — you know exactly what you're paying for before I lift a finger.

Question 3

Are you properly qualified and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I hold RSPH Level 2 in pest control, Lantra Level 2 in rodent management, Basis Prompt accreditation with ongoing CPD, and PA1 & PA6 spraying qualifications. I'm fully insured for all the work I carry out.

Question 4

How long does a treatment take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the pest and the scale of the problem. An initial survey and treatment visit typically takes one to two hours. Some infestations need follow-up visits spaced over a few weeks to confirm everything is fully cleared.

Question 5

How do you find out what the actual problem is?

Accepted Answer

That's what the survey is for. I don't just treat what you can see — I look for evidence of where pests are getting in, how they're moving around the property, and what's attracting them. The right treatment always starts with the right diagnosis.

Question 6

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

I'm based in Ludlow and cover a wide area across Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire — including Craven Arms, Tenbury Wells, Leominster, Hereford, Bishops Castle, Knighton, Bridgnorth and surrounding villages. Not sure if I cover your area? Just give me a call.
