Property Inspections
Property Inspections in Ludlow
A thorough look round the property to identify what pests are present, how they're getting in, and what's needed to sort it.
If you're not sure what you've got, droppings, noises in the loft, damage you can't explain, I'll come out and go through the property properly to work out what's there and how it's getting in. That's the starting point for any job, so it's a service in its own right if all you need is clarity.
You get a clear picture of the problem and, if work's needed, a fixed written quote before anything goes ahead. No guesswork, no pressure.
What's included
- Full internal & external check
- Identification of pest species
- Entry points located
- Extent of the problem assessed
- Clear written findings
- Fixed quote for any work needed

I highly recommend Paul for his prompt action and thorough investigation of a rodent infestation we recently had in Ludlow. Not only has he eradicated the problem but he also took the time to discover the access points and then block them up permanently. He's a reliable, amiable, knowledgeable and dedicated individual so look no further. Prices also extremely competitive!
Excellent service. Prompt communication. Paul went the extra mile to ensure our rat problem was eliminated. Highly recommended
