Our boiler malfunctioned over a bank holiday weekend when we had guests staying over and had no hot running water. I called A and J Punter who have been servicing our gas boiler . I received a very polite, prompt and understanding response from Andrew who quickly identified the problem and came to replace it on the next working day. He not only changed the combustion fan but sorted out the immersion heater wire too . I was away during the repair and was pleased to hear that he arrived well on time and did a very tidy job . He also ensured good communication by text messages throughout the hot water crisis. Thank you Andrew You are a star.
