Same-Day Callouts
Same-Day Callouts in Your Area
No heat or no hot water dealt with the same day wherever we can, including weekends and bank holidays.
A boiler failing with no heat or hot water doesn't wait for a convenient time, so we aim to get to genuine emergencies the same day, including over a bank holiday weekend. Send a message with what's happening and, ideally, a photo, and we'll let you know when we can get there.
If a part isn't in stock we'll get you a temporary fix in place where possible and come back to finish the job once it arrives, so you're not left without heating or hot water for long.
What's included
- Prompt reply to messages and calls
- Same-day visits for no heat/hot water
- Fault diagnosed on the spot
- Temporary fix if a part's on order
- Honest quote before work starts
- Tidy repair, no unnecessary charges

Thank you very much for the coffees and cold drinks really appreciated on such a warm day. Glad we managed to get in so promptly to get the boiler swapped out.
Had a full install done of boiler, new pipes, radiators and Hive, very happy with the result. They are clean and tidy and very friendly and have done an excellent job. Would definitely recommend
Our boiler malfunctioned over a bank holiday weekend when we had guests staying over and had no hot running water. I called A and J Punter who have been servicing our gas boiler . I received a very polite, prompt and understanding response from Andrew who quickly identified the problem and came to replace it on the next working day. He not only changed the combustion fan but sorted out the immersion heater wire too . I was away during the repair and was pleased to hear that he arrived well on time and did a very tidy job . He also ensured good communication by text messages throughout the hot water crisis. Thank you Andrew You are a star.
