What happens when I call SafeFlow Restorations?
I come out to assess the damage as quickly as possible, usually within the hour. I find out where the water is coming from, explain what needs to happen, and get to work removing water and setting up drying equipment right away.
How much does water damage restoration cost, and do you give fixed quotes?
Every job is different depending on how much water is involved and how far it's spread, so I assess the situation first and give you a clear price before starting any work. There's no charge for the initial survey.
Are you insured?
Yes, I'm fully insured, so you can have confidence in the work being carried out safely and properly on your property.
How long does drying out a flooded basement take?
Water extraction itself can often be done within a few hours, but full structural drying with dehumidifiers usually takes a few days to make sure moisture is completely gone, not just off the surface.
How do I know you've found the real cause of the damp or water problem?
I don't just mop up what's visible. I trace the source of the moisture, whether it's a leak, flooding, or a drainage issue, and explain it to you clearly so you understand exactly what happened and how to stop it recurring.
