Water Extraction
Water Extraction in Doraville
Standing water pumped and vacuumed out of basements, floors and crawl spaces before it soaks any further into the structure.
The first job on any call is getting the water out. I bring pumps for standing water and truck-mount extraction equipment for carpets, pads and hard flooring, and work through the property methodically so nothing gets missed under furniture or in corners.
Once the bulk of the water is gone, I check moisture levels in the floor, walls and any framing that's been sitting wet, so I know exactly what still needs drying before the next stage starts.
What's included

- Truck-mount extraction on carpet and pad

After discovering a damp odor creeping through our home, we called in the experts. Their team arrived promptly, and within 45 minutes, they had their dehumidifiers set up and running efficiently. They didn't just remove the moisture; they educated us about preventing future issues. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, leaving our space not only dry but fresh and comfortable. Highly recommend for peace of mind!
The initial estimate was fairly accurate, and the crew efficiently handled water extraction in our basement, finishing in about three hours. However, I noticed that they left behind some equipment that needed to be retrieved the next day, which could have been communicated better.
