I take on extension and building work alongside glazing projects and as standalone jobs. It starts with footings dug and poured correctly before anything goes on top. The blockwork goes up square, the roof is tied in and made weathertight, and openings for windows and doors are formed to the sizes required.
Having the same team do the building work and the glazing means the openings are built to fit the frames going in, no back-and-forth between separate contractors. When the build is done and the glazing is in, the site is cleared and the job is finished.
