Conservatories, windows, doors, warm roofs and building work installed from a single family business in Oswestry. One contact from first survey to finished job, with a fixed written quote before anything starts.
Conservatories in Oswestry
A full conservatory build from concrete foundations to glazed roof, managed as a single project with a fixed price agreed before work starts.
What's included
- Site survey and planning assessment
- Base and foundation construction
- uPVC frame supply and installation
- Glazed or tiled roof fitted
- Internal sill and finishing work
- Site cleared on completion
I manage the conservatory from the ground up, base, frame, roof and glazing, all handled by the same team. You won't be coordinating separate groundwork contractors and separate glaziers. Before anything starts I come out, measure up and talk through what you want, then give you a written price that covers the full job with nothing left out.
Once the build is underway I keep you informed at each stage. Footings go in correctly, frames are fitted square, glazing is sealed against the weather. When the job is finished the site is cleared and you're left with a room that works year-round.

uPVC Windows in Oswestry
Measured, supplied and fitted replacement uPVC windows, old frames removed, new ones sealed and finished to a clean standard on the day.
What's included
- Full measurement survey
- Existing frame removal and disposal
- New uPVC frame and sash installation
- Double-glazed sealed units fitted
- Internal and external sill finishing
- Draught and weatherproof sealing
I come out and measure each opening carefully before anything is ordered, that's the part that matters most with windows. Frames that aren't measured properly don't sit right, don't seal and end up causing draughts or condensation. Once the windows arrive, the old frames come out and the new ones go straight in.
The finish matters as much as the fit. Sills are cut and fitted neatly, beads clipped flush, and the gap between frame and masonry is sealed properly rather than bunged with foam. You're left with windows that look right and keep the weather out.

uPVC & Composite Doors in Oswestry
uPVC and composite doors supplied and fitted, frame plumb, threshold sealed and multipoint lock dropping cleanly before the team leaves.
What's included
- Door and frame measurement
- Existing door and frame removal
- New frame bedded and fixed
- Door hung and adjusted to fit
- Multipoint lock and handles fitted
- Threshold and draught seal installed
A composite front door or uPVC back door is only as good as the fitting. I take the old door and frame out completely and fit the new frame plumb and level before the door goes on. That's what stops a door that drops, binds or lets in a draught six months down the line.
I can show you door styles and colours before anything is ordered. Whether it's a composite front door with a decorative panel or a plain uPVC back door, the installation is the same: done properly, adjusted until the lock drops cleanly and the seal is tight all the way round.

Warm Roof Replacements in Oswestry
Polycarbonate or glass conservatory roof stripped out and replaced with a fully insulated warm roof panel system.
What's included
- Existing roof and glazing bar removal
- Structural frame inspection
- Insulated roof panel installation
- Internal boarded or plastered ceiling
- External tiled or slated finish
- Guttering reconnected and checked
- Flexitec GRP fibreglass roofs by a Res-Tec trained installer
A polycarbonate conservatory roof makes the room unusable in summer and cold in winter. Replacing it with a warm roof system changes that completely, proper insulation above and a finished ceiling below. I strip the existing roof back to the frame, check everything is sound, and install the new panels from there.
The external finish is usually a lightweight tile that matches the main house roof. Inside, the soffit is boarded or plastered depending on what you want. Guttering and downpipes are reconnected and tested before I leave.

Fascia, Soffit & Guttering in Oswestry
Rotting timber fascias, soffits and guttering stripped off and replaced with uPVC that needs no painting and will not rot.
What's included
- Existing fascia and soffit removal
- Timber inspection and repair if needed
- uPVC fascia board fixed and sealed
- Soffit panels clipped and fitted
- New guttering run with correct fall
- Downpipes fitted and outlets cleared
Rotting fascias let water into the roofline and behind the masonry, the damage doesn't show until it's already done. I strip everything back, check the rafter feet and exposed timbers, and deal with anything that needs attention before the new uPVC goes on. The fascias are fixed properly, not clipped over the top of whatever was there before.
Guttering is fitted with the correct fall so it runs freely rather than sitting level and backing up in a downpour. Downpipes are connected and outlets checked clear. Once it's done there's nothing to paint, nothing to treat and nothing to worry about for years.

Extensions & Building Work in Oswestry
Single-storey extensions and structural building work carried out by the same team, managed from groundwork through to a weathertight shell.
What's included
- Site visit and scope assessment
- Foundation and groundwork
- Blockwork and structural walls
- Roof structure and weatherproofing
- Window and door openings formed
- Site cleared on completion
I take on extension and building work alongside glazing projects and as standalone jobs. It starts with footings dug and poured correctly before anything goes on top. The blockwork goes up square, the roof is tied in and made weathertight, and openings for windows and doors are formed to the sizes required.
Having the same team do the building work and the glazing means the openings are built to fit the frames going in, no back-and-forth between separate contractors. When the build is done and the glazing is in, the site is cleared and the job is finished.

How It Works
Three steps, no pressure
1
Call or message
Tell me what you're thinking about, a conservatory, replacement windows, a new door, a warm roof or building work. I'll ask a few questions to understand what you need and whether I should come out to look at it first.
2
Free survey and written quote
I come out to your home, measure up carefully and talk through the options with you. There's no charge for the visit and no obligation. Once I've seen the job I'll put a written quote together with a fixed price that covers everything we've discussed, no extras added later.
3
The work
We agree a start date that suits you and the team arrives on time. The job is done to the standard I'd expect in my own home. We don't leave until it's finished properly and the site is cleared.
