We schedule a visit to assess the damage, explain what caused it, and put together a repair plan. If insurance is involved, we work with your adjuster to agree the scope and cost before work begins.

Do you give a written price before starting work?

Yes. Once we have assessed the damage and agreed the scope, we follow up with the details and pricing in writing so there are no surprises once the work is underway.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are a licensed general contractor, fully insured, and our work is guaranteed. We also carry certifications relevant to water, fire, wind and mold damage repair, which we are happy to talk through.

How long does a restoration project take?

It depends on the extent of the damage, from a single ceiling repair to a full remodel. We give you a realistic timeline as part of the written plan so you know what to expect.

Will you deal with my insurance claims adjuster?

Yes, this is a core part of what we do. We work directly with your adjuster to reach an agreed scope and cost of work, and we handle the paperwork and communication throughout.

We had a water leak under our kitchen sink, that went down through the cabinet to the bathroom below it. It ruined our 2 year old floors, and most of the bathroom had to be gutted. We decided to turn this in to an opportunity of having things done in the house we had dreamed about. Eric and his crew were *amazing*. We had our ceilings scraped, took a wall out separating our kitchen from the living room, added an island, got all new kitchen cabinets and flooring. It was an intense several weeks, and soo worth it in the end. Eric, Kyle, Patrick, Jorge and crew took such good care of us. They were professional, respectful, and stood behind their work. We are so happy with the work they did, and highly recommend them for all of your home restoration and remodel needs.

The crew at ADR is A+++++. I cannot imagine getting through all this with any other contractor. We have had them come out before for minor things and, even if it was not anything that they would fix, they advised me on how I could do it myself and save money. In the case of the water damage, not only are they very responsive, but they follow-up very well and take care of literally EVERYTHING.
